I thrive in new landscapes and in nature in general. I love living in a city and Chicago definitely has it’s charm, but there is something therapeutic about being in nature. The desert landscape isn’t something I loved growing up, I saw brown dirt, sunburns and prickly vegetation. However, I see such beauty in it now. I love the warm colors, the cactus, the beautiful sunsets, the hills and diverse rock formations, it’s something to be appreciated.
